All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer of insurance, a quote, a binder of coverage or a guarantee that any particular product, premium or coverage amount will be available to you. Any quotes or estimates discussed are illustrative only and are based on information you provide. Actual premiums, coverage and terms are determined by the issuing insurance carrier.

Insurance products are subject to carrier approval

Life insurance products are underwritten and issued by licensed insurance carriers. The availability of any product, its price and its terms are subject to the carrier's underwriting guidelines and approval. Coverage is not in effect until an application is submitted to and accepted by the carrier, any required premium is paid, and the carrier issues the policy. I act as an agent in facilitating this process and do not insure any risk myself.

Independent agent

Zavier Jenkins is an independent, licensed life insurance agent (Connecticut Insurance License No. 21162093; licensed in Connecticut). As an independent agent, I may work with multiple insurance carriers, but I am not affiliated with, owned by or responsible for the obligations of any specific carrier. The carriers alone are responsible for the insurance products they issue.
